Fred's Place is a collaboration of Fred and Cynthia Wadnola, who owned and operated Cynfre's Bakery, and her son, Chris Wadnola. Chris has been an Executive Pastry Chef for over 12 years in Connecticut and Florida. He started his career with his hands in the dough learning to bake at Cynfre's. Both mother and son are graduates of The Culinary Institute of America. Together, with Chef Rene (formerly of Portobello's restaurant), they are creating Italian dishes with a twist along with homemade breads, desserts and cakes. We feature weekly specials and can always meet your special needs or dietary restrictions because all of our food is cooked fresh to order. We have a full liquor bar that is separate from our dining room where you can enjoy games or events on the large screen TV or you can relax and dine in a cozy atmosphere in our dining room. |
